Meet Dr. Lucero
Dr. Martha Lucero decided when she was only 8 years old that she wanted to become a dentist. After graduating from the National Autonomous University of Mexico when she was 21 years old, Dr. Lucero opened her first practice in Mexico City. Early on in her career, Dr. Lucero learned the importance of the mind-body connection and began offering her patients a more comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan. She also realized that in order to keep up with advances in science and technology and offer a broad spectrum of dental treatments, it was necessary for her to expand her knowledge of general dentistry.
Dr. Lucero attended the U.C.L.A. extension program and obtained her US license to practice dentistry in 1987. In 1988, she established her first dental practice in California. Dr. Lucero has attended several prestigious continuing education programs in order to stay on top of the latest advancements in different branches of dentistry. After having practiced orthodontics and orthopedics successfully for over 15 years in the US, Dr. Lucero became a diplomat for the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Lucero takes pride in the fact that she can offer her patients treatments for both oral health and aesthetics without having to refer them to specialists. She thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to work with such a great team of staff members, dental laboratories, and providers to improve smiles and transform lives.
